And the society aims to boost the Kerala economy by developing all the local and regional tourism destinations and products in the 14 districts of Kerala. We also aims to use the possibilities of tourism for the future income generation and job creation.

KTDS runs a small saving scheme called "SANCHARAM" for the school students to help them financially for their study tour and other activities. This society also entrepreneurs with Public and Private organizations, NGOs, individuals and other agencies for the benefits and development of the Kerala tourism.
